Embroidery stitched over foam creates a raised, dimensional finish.

Puff requires specially digitized artwork. Your design and hat must be reviewed for suitability. Not every logo can be reproduced in puff.

Custom Embroidered Patches

Available as loose patches or attached to hats. Your design is embroidered onto a separate material to create the patch.

• Regular sew-on backing
• Heat-seal backing
• Velcro® (hook-and-loop) backing

Provide your artwork, size, shape, quantity, and intended use. Backing, attachment suitability, and pricing are confirmed before production.

Side Embroidery

Add a name, short text, or a suitable small logo to the side of your hat.

Available space depends on the hat’s construction. Design and placement are reviewed before production.

Back Embroidery

+$10 per hat

Add custom text or a suitable small design to the back of your hat.

Closures, openings, and seams affect the available embroidery area. Placement is reviewed before production.
